Program Description: A partnership of parents and families and community organizations providing support services to families. Services include GED, ESL, and computer education. Developmental activities for children, parents and families include: playgroups for various ages, drop in hour for families and Mon’s day out. Parenting classes include: STEP course, coffee hour/sharing experiences, and “Good Guys” program for father child activities. Parents training and personal development workshops: stress management, discipline, child growth and development, nutrition and self esteem.

Program Description: BayCove/Chelsea programs include an alcohol and substance abuse program for adolescents and adults, licensed outpatient substance abuse clinic, Anger management classes, peer leadership program for youth to decrease underage drinking, Red Sox Rookie Ball baseball league for youth, and Sister to Sister After-School Program. The Chelsea CARE project and the ASAP’s forty-week Batterer Intervention Programs enhance sexual assault and domestic violence intervention and to increase access to services for Latino(a) members of the Chelsea community with a primary goal of reducing domestic violence and sexual assault.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 10:00pm.

Program Description: An all volunteer organization that relies upon the support of the community to provide services. The league has a 53-year tradition of teaching children the fundamentals of baseball and the value of sportsmanship, teamwork and organizational skills which our participants will carry with them into their adult lives. Program Description: Provides fundamental recreational and competitive basketball instruction for youth of all skill levels. An adult-volunteer, not-for-profit youth sports program that uses basketball as a means to foster fundamental skills. Teams play a minimum of 10 regular seasons games with a single elimination post-season tournament. Junior Division is for ages 8 through 10 (teams determined by the Board of Directors). Senior Division is for ages 11 through 13 (teams formed by player evaluation and draft).
