Program Description: BayCove/Chelsea programs include an alcohol and substance abuse program for adolescents and adults, licensed outpatient substance abuse clinic, Anger management classes, peer leadership program for youth to decrease underage drinking, Red Sox Rookie Ball baseball league for youth, and Sister to Sister After-School Program. The Chelsea CARE project and the ASAP’s forty-week Batterer Intervention Programs enhance sexual assault and domestic violence intervention and to increase access to services for Latino(a) members of the Chelsea community with a primary goal of reducing domestic violence and sexual assault.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Program Description:D.A.R.E. Plus offers study period for schoolwork assistance, open
gym and karate. Program held at Williams Middle School, 180 Walnut
St. Citizen’s Police Academy and internships programs are available.

Program Description: Smoke Detector Program installs smoke detectors for seniors (55+) and handicapped. Fire Setters Program for youth and teens is a 2 week class in fire education and prevention. Offers lessons on fire safety and education for groups and organizations.

Program Description: Provides emergency & supportive services for victims of domestic violence. Programs include in-school support group, 24 hour emergency hot-line, safe home, legal advocacy, economic empowerment, support groups for various age groups and child care services for those who participate. Transitional Living programs that supports women and children. Volunteer and Internship program available.
