(A cooperative initiative among DCF, DMH, DYS, DDS, McLean Hospital, Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership, North Suffolk Mental Health, the Chelsea Public Schools, the Revere Public Schools, the Winthrop Public Schools, Revere After School Programs, Winthrop’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and Shore Educational Collaborative focused on improving and expediting programming and services for at-risk students and their families)

EOHHS School Initiative Project About Us

The Partnership Initiative, begun in September of 2006, focuses on collaborative planning, identification and analysis of needs, and the exploration of integrated service delivery for high-risk students in the school districts of Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop.

The Partnership has encouraged and enabled intra agency cooperation through establishment of an expanded Steering Committee. This 15 member oversight group consists of representatives from the three school districts and area Department of Children and Families (DCF), Department of Mental Health (DMH), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and mental health agencies.
