An impressive team of professionals have formed “The EOHHS Partnership” to provide parents and community members with information about resources and services for children. The team consists of representatives from Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop School Districts and area Department of Children and Families, Department of Mental Health, Department of Developmental Services, Department of Youth Services and mental health agencies. The focus of the partnership is collaborative planning, identification and analysis of needs, and the exploration of integrated service delivery for high-risk students. This website will provide information on specific community resources, links to the School/Community Partnership member web-sites, and the School/Community Partnership initiatives and activities.
